I placed an order with Isabel Bernard and later initiated a return within the legal 14-day period. I paid €25 in shipping costs to return the item via CTT (Portugal’s national postal service).The package was sent, and I provided proof of shipment to the company. However, the carrier later informed me that the export to the Netherlands was blocked for “security reasons”, and the return never reached Isabel Bernard. The item remains in Portugal.Despite several messages and explanations, the company offered no solution — no alternative delivery address in Europe, no help retrieving the item, and no refund, even though I clearly acted in good faith and within legal deadlines.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel unsupported as a customer. I'm now turning to the European Consumer Centre for help. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend buying from this company, especially for international customers who may face unexpected shipping issues without assistance from the brand.
