I'm really upset! I ordered a bracelet for nearly 600€. Shortly after, I noticed the same bracelet was available at a much lower price! I've sent numerous emails and messages, but no one has replied! I still haven't received my order!!! Please get in touch with me as soon as possible!! This is unacceptable! I will never buy from this service again!

I understand that natural leather can't be completely flawless and may have small imperfections; however, at €150, I was expecting a higher-quality finish. In addition, the shipping should have been faster. More than a week is unreasonable within Europe, and the client should be informed of the expected delivery time. The shipping status should also be updated whenever there is any change.There is also a noticeable small hole on my bag. I'm still considering whether I should return it or keep it, since I really like the design. However, I need to travel soon and can't wait for a replacement to arrive, especially given the long shipping time.
Honestly I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad. I almost regretted my purchase because of the terrible comments, but I’m glad I did it anyway. Excellent buying experience!The product is better than expected and arrived without any issues to Sweden in less than 4 days (it arrived on a Saturday). The communication with the delivery service (Bring) was smooth, as I downloaded the app and received constant SMS updates.I ordered the Honoré Lysanne shopper in the brown color and I must say I love it! Excellent quality, genuine leather that gets slightly softer with use. The bag is structured and has a fair amount of inner pockets. I would say it’s the best cost-benefit bag I could have ordered. The only “downside” is that the packaging is nothing fancy and gives a little “made in China” feeling. I understand the brand is purely online at the moment, so probably it comes from China anyway. No big deal, as the quality is great.
Scam. I ordered a set of travel bags for 150 euros. One of the bag arrived defected. I immediately on the same day filled in the return form as they guarantee 30-day return policy in the EU. However, instead of accepting my return and refunding me 150 euros, they declined and offered me 22 euros discount:D It is not only illegal to decline the return of the online purchased good in the EU, but it also goes against their return policy! I bought stuff from them before, but never again!Edit: Day 17 since I submitted a request for return: I was informed on a trustpilot that I will receive my money back :D However, I still have not received any in my bank account. Will update this comment if the return is finally reimbursed.
I’ve been buying jewellery from IB for the past couple of years and never had a problem, it’s always great quality and the shipping is fast. My husband bought me necklace and bracelet set as a gift and its beautiful, however about 8 months later the bracelet’s clasp gave in and the bracelet disappeared. I just accepted that it’s gone, but a few days later I thought I’d ask IB if there was anything that could be done. They replied to me immediately to say they will send a replacement bracelet! I couldn’t believe my eyes! I was very happy! And reading some bad reviews here kind of doesn’t make sense to me. The bracelet was definitely more than 30 days old, but here we are, I’m shocked at how great their customer service is!
I placed an order with Isabel Bernard and later initiated a return within the legal 14-day period. I paid €25 in shipping costs to return the item via CTT (Portugal’s national postal service).The package was sent, and I provided proof of shipment to the company. However, the carrier later informed me that the export to the Netherlands was blocked for “security reasons”, and the return never reached Isabel Bernard. The item remains in Portugal.Despite several messages and explanations, the company offered no solution — no alternative delivery address in Europe, no help retrieving the item, and no refund, even though I clearly acted in good faith and within legal deadlines.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel unsupported as a customer. I'm now turning to the European Consumer Centre for help. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend buying from this company, especially for international customers who may face unexpected shipping issues without assistance from the brand.
Buyer Beware: I ordered a set of three supposed 14k gold bangles from IB. First issue: Item arrived and all three bangles were stuck together and could not be worn indivudualy as the listing claimed. Second issue: I took them to my jeweler who is a master goldsmith to have them appraised. I figured I could have him separate them and sodder them back together if I wanted, but he tested them and said they are not 14k gold so he didn't do any work on them. I reached out to the seller to return the item but they insist I cover return shipping. Legally, I am not permitted to send fine jewelery internationally via US Post so my only option is DHL which costs upwards of $100 USD. I'm already out $600+I explained the situation to IB and asked that they send a return label so I may return the item to them safely. They are refusing. Any company that sells "fine jewelery" and refuses to make the return easy for the customer is likely scamming you and hoping you'll get frustrated and not bother with the return. Do not buy from Isabel Bernard or Brandfield.
