I ordered a Femme Forte Minette handbag on the 31/12/2024. Two days later I got a tracking email saying my order was being packed as we speak. There hasn’t been any tracking updates in over two weeks, and I haven’t heard a thing from the company either to inform me of any delays or any reasons why it hasn’t been shipped. I frequently buy online and expect delays when ordering from different countries so was happy to wait for an update by checking the delivery company website and tracking the package. I have been tracking the package every day and seeing no update. It’s been almost three weeks and it looks like it hasn’t even been shipped! I emailed Isabel Bernard regarding this on the 13/01/2025. And today the 17th I’ve still heard nothing. I really hope this isn’t a scam. I feel absolutely helpless. I’ve been waiting for this bag for almost three weeks with no shipping update at all. If this doesn’t get resolved soon I will have to take further measures to get my money back. I’m writing this here to see if they will reply and I’ll get a response but I’m not keeping my hopes up. Update to this: I have now received my package but I was very lucky to collect it as it had been waiting at a collection point since the 9th of January and I had no information until yesterday the 22nd of January that it had even arrived into the country. If I had been a day or so later the postal company would have sent it back to the country of origin. Isabel Bernard did look into this and reply to me eventually but the wait time for this was over a week. I’m giving them a three star review - their customer service needs a serious upgrade. The bag itself is beautiful and it hope it wears well with time.
