After just two days of wear, it deformed, revealing a mark indicating prior repair—clear evidence it was not new as advertised.Despite providing video proof, customer service dismissed the defect as "wear and damage" and only proposed a repair. This ignores the fact that I was sold a defective product misrepresented as new.For such a premium price, this experience is unacceptable.
