My husband ordered a bag for me as a Christmas gift on December 21st, it’s been almost A MONTH and I still haven’t received it. Moreover now the tracking number doesn’t even show up on the local mail system (Spain). My email to the customer support remains unanswered. I don’t know if I’m gonna get it at all!Upd: I never received a bag after 33 days of waiting. The customer support team sent me an email with the following content: “A case has hereby been opened and an investigation initiated at FedEx. As soon as we receive a response from FedEx, we will notify you immediately via e-mail”. I refused to cooperate, because any disputes or investigations with the delivery partner (FedEx) are solely a seller’s responsibility. So I requested a full refund, which I got today (unexpectedly soon!)What kind of service is that? I expected much more from a European company! That’s just unacceptable and I’m truly disappointed. Their bags are cool, but don’t expect them to be delivered. I sincerely hope that the store will fix its problems.
