This has honestly been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had — and it dragged on for over 20 days.
I placed an order with next-day shipping. It was not shipped the next day. Not even close.
The parcel was eventually returned to their warehouse even though my address was correct. After that? More than a week of silence. No proactive communication, no real explanation, nothing.
After repeatedly chasing them, the director himself, Jorick van Leijenhorst, stepped in and personally promised the order would ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
It never shipped.
Tuesday passed. Wednesday passed. Thursday — still no dispatch, no tracking, no accountability.
At this point it stopped being a “carrier issue” and just looked like complete disorganization. The director makes promises he doesn’t keep, and the entire process feels chaotic and unreliable.
Over 20 days of delays, excuses, and broken commitments for something that was supposed to be “next-day shipping.”
If you value your time and expect a company to actually honor what they promise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
