I cancelled my order before dispatch after iScoot confirmed they could not deliver within the agreed timeframe. The cancellation was acknowledged and refund processing was discussed.Despite this, the item was dispatched the following day after cancellation, without my authorisation.I immediately contacted iScoot to arrange return of the unused item. They refused to provide a return label or arrange collection, then stopped responding to my emails entirely.The matter was only resolved after escalation through my bank’s complaints process. While I have now been refunded, the handling of the cancellation, unauthorised delivery, refusal to facilitate return of unused goods, and lack of communication was extremely disappointing.Based on this experience, I would not purchase from iScoot again.
