After sales service is terrible. Our Scooter failed near new and they won't respond to calls and emails regarding warranty. Suggest you read google warranty reviews to see what you are in for. Their responses on there arent what you will actually receive when dealing with them
I asked them if a kit was compatible with my e-bike - they assured me it was, so I purchased it. After taking apart my bikes mechanics, I learnt that it wasn't. I reached out and let them know that it wasn't compatible despite being told it was. I asked if there was an adaptor, or if not, if I could return it for a refund. They didn't even acknowledge anything I said, just gave me the return details. I asked if they would cover the costs of the return given the circumstances - but still no apology or acknowledgment of the situation, just advising me that "For all refunds or returns, the cost of postage is the responsibility of the person returning the goods." I understand people make mistakes, and whoever is reading this is most likely not responsible, however, no apology or acknowledgement of your team's mistake is a pretty poor experience. Making me responsible for the cost of your mistake seems unfair.Despite how inconvenient and disappointing the experience has been, it would have been fine had someone at least apologised. Making exceptions to the cost of return rule would have been a great opportunity to turn a poor customer experience around. I personally don’t think saving $10 - $15 in postage is worth the poor customer experience over time.
Review is really zero stars had scooter for 1 week battery wouldn’t charge ran around did every test they asked of me just to be told at the end that the battery is faulty and out of stock! So asked what was going to be done because battery should last more than 1 week just to be ignored no reply. These guys are scabs ripping people off!!!

I cancelled my order before dispatch after iScoot confirmed they could not deliver within the agreed timeframe. The cancellation was acknowledged and refund processing was discussed.Despite this, the item was dispatched the following day after cancellation, without my authorisation.I immediately contacted iScoot to arrange return of the unused item. They refused to provide a return label or arrange collection, then stopped responding to my emails entirely.The matter was only resolved after escalation through my bank’s complaints process. While I have now been refunded, the handling of the cancellation, unauthorised delivery, refusal to facilitate return of unused goods, and lack of communication was extremely disappointing.Based on this experience, I would not purchase from iScoot again.
Extremely disappointed that our refund has not yet been processed. Have been emailing for over a week on $2000 purchase and no indication or when we will receive our money. I didn’t want to post this review as I was hoping the team would process but nothing. Please be careful with this company.
