At first we were not happy due to the fact that the first iscooter did not work,it was purchased at the end of October for a Christmas present. The item was shipped in a timely manner and in good packaging, it was wrapped for christmas gift and put away till christmas once my son opened it up he was delighted to see a great looking scotter .we plugged it in for 8 hours then turned it on and the dash light up for maybe one second so we decided to charge it over night then once again we tried with the same results, called customer service on December 29 and sent many emails then we finally got somewhere (past the 30 day warranty due to time it was bought)and a new scooter was sent out after we sent the non functional one back,the new one works great it did right from day one.we are definitely pleased with the results from customer service as well as the new scooter.
