I ordered two scooters for my kids’s birthdays, one box came in pretty bad shape. I could tell the damage was from the carrier, not the manufacturer. This resulted in some minor cosmetic damage to the scooter. I reached out and they were extremely helpful. They made sure the scooter worked the way it should, and gave me a refund to compensate for the cosmetic damages. Highly recommend!
