I order 2 iX3 scooter, received them in 3 days, one had a defective throttle, I contact them, quick and very consumer oriented reply and after few pertinent questions, they confirm they ship a new one, simple like that! I try my new iX3, 100% satisfied, they are able to do all what they said can they do! Very happy and I strongly recommend iScooter product and company.
