I would rate them even lower if possible. I bought a scooter for my 12-year-old for Christmas, and the battery lasts just over 2 miles. I've submitted all the necessary details and videos, but now they're asking me to buy a voltage meter to check the battery voltage. This is an unacceptable situation; I strongly recommend avoiding any purchases from this company.
