I bought my daughter a scooter for Christmas from iScooter and upon purchase I paid for their fraudulent shipping insurance. My daughters scooter was not delivered and I have now been embroiled in 2 months of emails in which theirs customer service team are chasing their tail, repeating the same nonsense and refusing to rectify the issue. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them on the phone, I have tried multiple times and gave up listening to the same on hold message for over 2 hours. They claim my package was delivered and signed for however, they have sent me a delivery note with someone else's name, address, signiture and order which is a horrific violation of data protection. They proceeded to send me my own delivery note which clearly states signature required, with no signature on. The courier has admitted this was not delivered and lost, all of which has been provided to iScooter. The company is still refusing to accept any liability and refusing to adhere to their own 'shipping insurance'.
Their customer service and issue resolution is possibly the worst I've ever encountered.
This is the first review I've ever left on a company despite having poor experiences in the past, this company has too the biscuit and pushed me to write this.
Do not use this company and if you do, God forbid you ever have and issue because there isn't a single chance you will have it resolved
