I think the company is relatively new to eBikes and has some areas to improve. While my experience hasn't been perfect, it hasn't been terrible either. I give them 4 out of 5 stars because I faced some challenges. The build quality of the model is impressive, but the assembly process at the factory needs refinement. A better instruction manual would also be helpful; I could assist with that. Initially, I had trouble with the headlight, and unfortunately, the support team didn't respond to that issue. I emailed them instead of calling. There was also a cross-threaded screw on the right side where the footrest attaches, and I struggled to install the front tire. However, customer service has been excellent apart from the light issue and has been very responsive. The bike rides smoothly and has good torque and speed. It's definitely suitable as a commuter bike and for side hustles, thanks to its basket; I can see it being used for delivery jobs. Overall, it's solid and easy to set up.
