If I could rate a zero, I would -this is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It is a scam. Do not buy from them. I bought Scooter for my father who has difficulty walking -it worked for about five minutes, then broke down support was useless, making me send photos and videos of the Scooter and the problems when I did this they just responded that they needed more information when I said I wanted to return it after all of this, they said it was too late to return. Requested a battery to see if I could attempt to fix this. They said they would only send me a free battery. If I gave a five star review on trust pilot the five star reviews of this company are a scam. I have photos and proof of all the emails that were sent to me. Again, do not buy from this company.
