I believe the company is relatively new to the eBike market and has some areas to develop. While my experience hasn't been flawless, it hasn't been terrible either. I rate them 4 out of 5 because I did encounter some issues. The construction of the model is impressive, but the assembly process at the factory could use some refinement. Additionally, a clearer instruction manual would be beneficial; I could even assist with that. I faced a few challenges initially, like the headlight not working, and unfortunately, the support team didn't respond to that concern. I opted to email rather than call. There was also a cross-threaded screw on the right side where the footrest attaches, and I struggled to install the front tire. However, the customer service has been excellent aside from the light issue and has been very prompt. The bike rides smoothly and offers good torque and speed. It's certainly suitable as a commuter bike and for side gigs, given its basket; I can envision it being used for delivery services. Overall, it's well-built and straightforward to set up.
