I purchased an electric scooter from this seller, and within a few months, it developed a serious fault, making it unsafe to use. Instead of providing a proper repair or replacement as required by consumer law, the seller hid behind their 30-day return policy. Even after reporting the issue within six months, they refused to fulfill what I believe are their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act. They suggested “solutions” like a refurbished scooter or additional costs instead of simply fixing or replacing the faulty product. Due to their behavior, I sought advice from Citizens Advice and am in the process of escalating the matter to Trading Standards. I have documented all communications showing how they have prolonged the resolution instead of addressing the problem fairly. After my experience, I looked closer at their online reviews, and many of the positive ones seemed similar in tone and timing, not reflecting the service I received. I would not purchase from this seller again and strongly caution others to be wary before making a payment.
