Due to their behavior, I sought advice from Citizens Advice and am in the process of escalating the matter to Trading Standards. I have documented all communications showing how they have prolonged the resolution instead of addressing the problem fairly. After my experience, I looked closer at their online reviews, and many of the positive ones seemed similar in tone and timing, not reflecting the service I received. I would not purchase from this seller again and strongly caution others to be wary before making a payment.
