Very disappointing experience.I ordered a replacement display for my electric bike from this company because their website clearly stated 1–2 day delivery with shipping from Birmingham. It has now been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t received my order.Order no. ISW23826UKCustomer service is extremely difficult to reach. Calling them is basically pointless – you hear an automated message saying their team is busy and to stay on the line, but after a couple of minutes the call just disconnects. Emails are answered very slowly, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.Advertising 1–2 day delivery and then making customers wait nearly two weeks is simply misleading. If there are delays, at least communicate properly with your customers.At this point I’m still waiting for the order I paid for and hoping it will eventually arrive. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
