We ordered an E scooter with 1-2 business days delivery.3 business days later the tracking hadn’t changed, I tried a number of times to call the UK number, waited for 45 minutes and was cut off. So I emailed with me enquiry, guess what? No reply!!!Checked our tracking this evening and to our shock it says order cancelled as per our request, we never asked to cancel the order 😡 Shocking customer service
