There is no customer service at all with this shambolic company. I placed an order 1 week ago after reading they arrange shipment after 24 hours of the order but I've still not been advised the order has been shipped. I've tried emailing and I've called 4 times today to be put in a queue to then be hung up on after about 5 minutes. I did receive 1 callback but again was hung up on when I said hello. I now starting to think I have been scammed but hoping to get my money back with the help of PayPal. Please dont waste your time with this company
