Reading all the reviews on Google maps when I already had ordered a scooter wasn't nice and wanted to cancel it but after they showed me that people are wrong.I had great experience with them from customer service to scooter itself.Had some questions about scooter (one of them was "how to unlock the higher speeds") and they answered all my questions.And from my experience I can say that customer satisfaction is their priority.I recommend this company.And my advise would be - don't listen to all the people, try, and see yourself.
