*The company are now blackmailing me into taking this review down and will not give me my full refund unless I do so*I had an extremely poor experience with this company. The scooter arrived damaged, missing essential parts including the charger and the bolt for the accessories, and had a sharp piece of plastic protruding, making it unsafe to use. Despite repeatedly acknowledging the issues and stating that a refund would be offered, I have now spent around eight emails going back and forth with them attempting to persuade me to purchase the missing accessories and charger myself, which is not what I paid for. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. It’s been two weeks now and I’m yet to have a refund or information about how to return the unusable product.
