Well I am leaving this positive review due to being helped so much by isinwheel :) I bought there product and due to illness and mobility issues the brand went to the end of there means to make sure I was happy no1 safe and happy with ther product safely and security there locks etc are great and perfect for there bikes scooters like was a good scooter and all I can say is I fully recommend this brand to anyone with any issues if you can’t find what your looking for then contact customer service like I did and speak with them I explained my situation and they made sure I was safe and fully comfortable and mobile as getting out on my own or with my son helps with mental health so I can’t praise them any more than possible due to the help they have gave me and there scooters are a can only say belters for the price value for money I hope this reviews helps and a hope u have great day ahead
