I purchased a QT-25 safe

I purchased a QT-25 safe. Everything worked fine until I had to change batteries. I replaced them, and lost my user code. I could not, and still cannot reset the safe to return to default code settings. I have no idea why this is happening.I have emailed their support team via email at least four times. Sadly, nothing they have sent me has resolved the problem. Since they cannot be reached by phone, going back and forth via email is the only option.Email thread shown below- I followed the instructions provided below exactly. It does not work, see attached video.Brand new batteries!Please, do not blow this off or ignore this. I need this safe to work as it should.
