Got some flowers from Westfield stratford branch this morning. Absolutely rubbish customer service. The lady did not bother to help when asked for recommendations. No water given with the flowers. No flower food solution. No bag. She just gave the flowers and took payment and brushed me off. Every other branch I got flowers from provided all these and had good customer service. I don’t know why you hire people who don’t wanna help people and have an attitude towards customers when they ask for help. Ridiculous
