I ordered a funeral wreath via interflora. No notification of delivery despite being told I would be informed via email. Phone correspondence was initially aloof.. member of staff was on lunch break… understandable, we all need a break but why answer the phone! This was eventually addressed to be told it had been delivered the day before.Upon seeing it I was underwhelmed, it didn’t look particularly fresh as an XL wreath and £127. I would not recommend

The Kings Cross store has a lovely Georgian/Regency ambiance. I bought a beautiful plant here with a delicate yoga image imprinted directly onto its leaf! A truly unique touch. Sales adviser Victoria provided excellent, friendly service. A delightful and memorable visit!
I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered and wanted to make sure the flowers were delivered to the correct address. I spoke to Ella who was absolutely fantastic in helping me make sure that a very important gift arrived on time and at the right location. The flowers were beautiful absolutely perfect for the occasion. I would highly recommend this company and especially Ella who is an exemplar of excellent customer service and the delivery driver Edison who ensured the flowers were delivered to the correct address
Not only are the flowers sensationally beautiful, the service could not be nicer or more competent. Last Monday I bought a lovely bouquet of flowers in all shades of purple from Isle of Flowers in King’s Cross Station. The recipients of the flowers were delighted!The friendliness of Victoria who helped me choose and pack the flowers made it a thoroughly good experience. Highly recommendable! Thank you.
