Although my overall experience with Islington Council has been extremely difficult, especially after being stalked by a member of staff and still not being properly supported with a move, there is one person I feel compelled to publicly thank.Mike Hall, the Repairs Team Manager, has shown nothing but professionalism, respect, and genuine care since both the flooding incident and the stalking situation. I am understandably nervous around repair teams now, yet Mike has always handled my concerns with sensitivity and calm reassurance.Every email I send is dealt with promptly. He ensures the same familiar staff attend where possible, which makes a real difference to my sense of safety and trust. That level of consideration is rare and should not be underestimated.Mike is a supportive, decent man who clearly cares about tenants and takes his role seriously. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me during a very stressful time.Mike Hall deserves recognition and, frankly, an award.
