I needed to replace the screen on my phone and checked the company's website. The only location listed as having the necessary parts was the London Bridge store, so I made a booking a week in advance. I traveled from West Sussex only to find out they "forgot" to inform me that they didn't have the parts. While I can't dispute their inventory, it's unacceptable that they failed to contact me throughout the entire week leading up to my appointment. Extremely poor customer service; I will not be returning.
