My experience far surpassed my expectations. I knew the services and doctors would be top notch, but the attention to detail and thorough examinations and follow through is unprecedented. My husband and I were assigned a coordinator, Aysegul, who was with us from start to finish. She prepared us for all procedures, explained everything in detail and delivered information as it came to avoid any confusion or issues with language barriers. She delivered all prescriptions and gave instructions for each one, including written instructions. She was kind and patient and even helped us to find local eateries and social events. We also had help from another associate, Ayca, though our time together was brief she was also extremely helpful.Needless to say, we will be making the trip back to the office every two years to replace our checkups and medical in the states. We cannot say thank you enough or pass on our recommendations more.
