This airport feels more like a massive upscale shopping mall than an airport. Long walks through retail areas make it hard to get mobility assistance. I was redirected multiple times without help, which was very discouraging. The lounge is excellent, but navigating through retail areas with poor signage is frustrating. The focus seems to be on keeping travelers shopping.
