There’s no free Wi-Fi for international travelers, and the staff is both slow and rude during check-in. Passengers without luggage must queue for hours to get boarding passes. The staff’s attitude is awful, and their behavior towards passengers is unacceptable. I was shocked by the rudeness of the personnel.
