the staff is rude & useless! i was arriving with 2 kids, one of them is 7months old who were fussy and sleepy but the female security guard with pixie cut hair out of arrival gate was angry after saw me blocked the gate because i was busy taking my tantrum baby (mind you i also have 3big luggages on the trolley). nope, she didn't help at all!! above all she was talking very rude to my 11years old son who was asking here which gate number we were because my husband can't located where we were
