I visited their shop and wanted a Magic Keyboard. They didn’t have it (no surprises there) but ordered from another city. They needed 4-5 days to bring it in (an hours drive away - go figure!) They brought the item exactly 5 days later (!) and asked me to visit again.I paid the item and then they couldn’t find the it on their system (I’m crying at this point) and wouldn’t give me my product.They actually insisted that since their manager is on holidays, they could do nothing more (didn’t want to disturb him - if only they could be so thoughtful of their customers too!) than refund the money and keep the Magic Keyboard!!! So I left empty handed and furious a week after my first visit.Apple please come to Cyprus!
