Ordered a product online but faced major issues...

I ordered a product online that was listed as available and traveled from a distant location to pick it up, only to find no stock. There was no apology, and instead, I was blamed for the situation. The representative demonstrated a poor understanding of customer service. I would recommend avoiding this experience at all costs!

I ordered a product online with their site showing it was available... traveled a long distance to pick it up, only to find no stock, no apology, and I was blamed. The staff member had a shocking understanding of customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible experience at the local mall...

I had a terrible experience at the local mall with awful customer service from a salesperson who interrupted me and was rude, arrogant, and condescending. I will never return to this store.

Waiting too long for my order...

I placed an order for a product on September 21 and am still waiting to receive it (November 9, 2025), while a friend who ordered from another store received theirs three weeks ago. They initially said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. One star is well deserved.

Pre-ordered but faced delays...

I pre-ordered a product on September 19! I received a message to pick it up, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. They told me to wait another 2–3 weeks without any apology! I waited in line for 2.5 hours! Never again!

This store is always out of stock. It's entirely pointless to visit. I'm still waiting on over €2,000 in refunds.

Completely unhelpful staff...

The staff are utterly unhelpful and seem to have no knowledge about the products. They provide no support at all. The area desperately needs a proper store as this one lacks competition and they are aware of it!

Fantastic experience at the local store...

I visited a local store and had one of the best experiences there. As a long-time resident, I found the service exceptional. I took in my device for trade-in and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff and the value they provided. This establishment exceeded my expectations and deserves high praise.

Frustrating experience with my order...

I ordered a product and paid in advance (big mistake!). I was told it would take 6-8 weeks. After 6 weeks, I was notified it had arrived, but when I went to collect, there was an issue with their systems, and I had to wait. After a long wait, I finally got my purchase. This turned a happy moment into a frustrating experience.
