I called the istorm Limassol store yesterday 4 times in the morning during opening hours and no one answers. I visited them shortly after as they’re in receipt of a pair of AirPod Pro for repair under warranty and they could not search for my warranty deposited in their system to give me a status, as they claim the system cannot search via contact details, as I didn’t have service receipt with me. I then called the Nicosia branch, as that is where the limassol branch said it was where they’re located. The assistant who answered could hardly understand English, so I asked to speak with the manager. He gave me the assistant manager who said he would investigate the situation and call me back right away. But he didn’t. So, what can I say; overall their customer service is well below standard for a company that specialises in IT related products, especially high end products such as apple.
