If I could give 0 I would, as a once regular buyer this time. I had a very disappointing experience with iStrap regarding an exchange request. I purchased a product based on their sizing chart, which turned out to be inaccurate, and the item I received was too small. I contacted iStrap to request an exchange for the correct size and was even willing to pay the return and postage costs myself.Despite the correct size NOT being out of stock and the product being unused and in original condition, iStrap refused to offer an exchange solely because the item was purchased “during a sale”. There was no flexibility or genuine attempt to resolve the issue.Hiding behind a “sale items are final” policy makes zero sense if the product is still available, particularly when the sizing chart was misleading and an exchange (not a refund) would have resolved the issue easily. For a company selling a sizing-dependent product, this approach to customer service is disappointing.I won’t be purchasing from iStrap again and would advise others to be very cautious when ordering especially during sales.
