Band broke after 7 months of normal use

Band broke at the connector point after just a couple of months of normal everyday use. When I raised a warranty claim, it was declined with a generic response saying it was caused by 'stress during wear or installation' with no real evidence to back that up. Disappointing product quality and even more disappointing customer service. Would think twice before buying again.

Avoid !!!!!

If I could give these arrogant con artists less than one star I would.Awful customer service, lied about fast shipping. Took 10 days to even send it and ignored my request to cancel after 1 week.Items arrived and the watch band immediately got jammed in my brand new iwatch, broke the band and watch trying to get it out.Protector wasn’t what I was expecting left it in the packet and requested a refund via a web form as was requested and that was flat out declined. Terrible, terrible company who need a visit from the ACCC.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago, never received tracking number. Sent 3 request to look into this and finally requested a refund. No reply correspondence. Terribly upset as company is a scam with no telephone number to follow up either.
