Purchased 2 new watch bands, only 1 turned up n bag wasn't even closed properly, I contacted company and attached a pic and this was part of their reply.......If you're certain the Plum Ocean Band is missing after double-checking, don't stress—just head to our Returns Portal and submit a claim for the missing item as per our store policy. We're here to make sure you get everything you ordered!Now as I am not an idiot because obviously it was missing and there was nothing to check, how condescending and treated like a moron. It was my first and last purchase with them. I lodged a claim the following day, and have had no reply, disgusting customer service. UPDATED DECLINEDHi, thanks for raising this request. We can confirm that all items were shipped and included in your parcel delivered on 19/11. As a result, we're not able to provide the refund requested.So because they say it was shipped it's now my problem and I'm out of pocket......Shop at STRAPIFY people
