I’ve been supporting iStrap for awhile now but I must say that I stand by their cases. While their protective cases have excellent touch sensitivity and quality, they are made of glass and can crack easily. Two of my cases cracked by my seatbelt buckle, both surprisingly (that I can hit the buckle with my watch) and not (it’s glass, duh!). No real complaints there. However, the straps are questionable. I do enjoy the overall quality of the straps, the clip used to attach it to the watch is quite low quality (made of cheap metal). I bought a few over the past years, most notably the sport loop and the leather ones (favourite ones so far). I’ve had my straps for maybe a year or so, but all of them had snapped and bent at the Apple Watch attachment piece, which is a shame since the strap is still standing strong. I’m debating on whether or not I should reorder some of the straps I had gotten, or support what seems to be a fast fashion company that sells straps at a rather expensive price but of quality that could be made better. I doubt it takes much more effort/money to design those attachment pieces out of solid metal. Shame!
