I would have given iStrap a 1-star for my last experience but I have had good experiences in the past. With my most recent experience, I purchased a new strap and case protector. I received both the new strap and case protector in good order and time. Both were marked 42mm on the packaging, which is correct. But when I removed it from the packaging, it clearly was a smaller size. I fitted it to my partner’s 38mm watch and it fitted ok. On 5/1/25 I sent iStrap an email with photos that showed the difference in size. Today is 11/1/25 and I have had no response. I understand it is holidays but I would have expected a response within 2-3 business days. Simply unacceptable.
