There is a person in Cluj Vivo office that thinks of himself as the center of the Earth, I'll not give names, but you'll notice him if you talk with.The Bucharest team is severely understaffed - because they don't respond to emails in a timely manner, and it took more than 20 days to fix a broken screen.I totally DO NOT recommend their fixing service, but hey "ApPLe cERtiFiEd".The reason for two starts is1. because there finally was a person who helped me with my issues2. because they have OK prices.
