They are just destroying Apple brand! They offered me aprox 14 EUR trade-in value for a iPhone 14 Max 1 T perfectly functional. In Apple store in Dubai I got 450 USD trade-in for same iPhone! Even on their website the evaluator suggested minimum 400 EUR for this iPhone, but in the Baneasa store they claim their website offer is not valid anymore and they offered 14 EUR! This is robbery as a such iPhone sells for a few hundreds of EUR as second hand on OLX! This Apple reseller just destroy Apple brand!
I bought an Iphone 16e and just after a few hours of usage, it quickly overheated. I returned to the shop and asked for maintenance. They explained me that first they had to run some checks and then could return it to me the day after. If the issue persisted, they told me that they would “change the phone”.On the next day, I received the phone back and, after just a few hours of usage, it overheated again. So for the fourth time (!) i went to the shop where, after they ran some quick checks, they told me that the phone ran perfectly fine. So now I am writing this review with a brand-new overheating phone of 800 Eur that I could not return or exchange.Just don’t buy anything in their shops and stay away from them.
The most useless and worst organized company I ever had the misfortune to deal with. Place an order online, can’t cancel it, no way of contacting them, their retail locations just shrug off any request, zero communication. I had my first interaction with them 12 years ago, nothing changed since. If anything it’s just worse. Honestly try to find any other retailer, you’ll be better off.
We got a corporate deal and when we order and pickup they go the deal doesnt work for employees if we pickup in "premium" locations but banease mall is not premium crazy also preorderes the iphone within 60 seconds promosed to be send 19 september yet no one knows when i talked to the store, online order good luck... B2B rep online order good luck so basically they want you in the malls to wait and tell you we have bad service.

Some staff needs more trainings. There is a person in Cluj Vivo office that thinks of himself as the center of the Earth, I'll not give names, but you'll notice him if you talk with.The Bucharest team is severely understaffed - because they don't respond to emails in a timely manner, and it took more than 20 days to fix a broken screen.I totally DO NOT recommend their fixing service, but hey "ApPLe cERtiFiEd".The reason for two starts is1. because there finally was a person who helped me with my issues2. because they have OK prices.
