This is the worst Apple authorized service provider in the world. Their support asks for money for everything. Oh, do we have to call Apple for you? We will charge you $100. Do we have to back up your files? We will charge you $100. Do we have to talk to you? We will charge you $100.I don't know how Apple, which has such great customer support, has partnered with such a cheap company. They are literally thieves that have no idea what they are doing.If you have an Apple product in Romania unfortunately you'll have to deal with these guys. I hate it, I hate that Apple doesn't have a proper authorized service here but these jokers.
