The product is good but their communication regarding shipments is quite frustrating.Tempur often fails to send out dispatch notifications. I only found out a package had arrived because my forwarder notified me, and now I have to contact customer service just to figure out which order it belongs to.This is not the first time this has happened. While the products are 5-star, the logistics communication is lacking. I hope Tempur Italy can automate their shipping alerts to ensure customers are kept in the loop.
