The product is good but their communication regarding shipments is quite frustrating.
Tempur often fails to send out dispatch notifications. I only found out a package had arrived because my forwarder notified me, and now I have to contact customer service just to figure out which order it belongs to.
This is not the first time this has happened. While the products are 5-star, the logistics communication is lacking. I hope Tempur Italy can automate their shipping alerts to ensure customers are kept in the loop.

My order is pillow,but arrival item is catalog (1 carton)Customer service reply to me that they will dispatch the correct goods after the reopening of their warehouse in January.Well…..already 1/3…..I still not know that when will arrange to me🤷🏻♀️until now I still not get any information about courier no.
