This is a complete scam. I ordered and cancelled within 10 minutes, yet the support claimed it was already packed and ready for shipping. I was misled by a fake review site, and the website has fake 5-star reviews. Upon checking other reviews later, I found out that the product is low quality and dysfunctional. I will attempt to return it within 30 days, but I feel I was scammed out of 150 euros. Luckily, I paid with a credit card, so I will try to reclaim my money through my bank if necessary. Scammers are operating freely in the EU.
