I would give it 0 if I could. Paid $80 and the card and the tag 1 doesn't even get picked up by my phone and the card doesn't even work. What a job. Going in the T R A S H
Looks like a good product to track my dogs on farm. Only Issue was going through the purchase cycle, I felt like it was taking me off to something else and almost closed and stopped. Was not clear it was returning to finalize, more focused on upselling
Within two minutes of ordering, i asked for a refund due to the confusion of the product price actually being in USD not AUD. My refund was denied because they said my order had left for shipping already due to ready to go packaging. I did not pay for express shipping. So dont bother being scammed. All orders are 'express' shipped.
After emails going back and forth, they told me they could refund me. Initially Id asked for a partial refund as I ordered the cards too. But after their misleading and false information, I wanted a full refund. They were not truthful, how can I trust what they have written on their website about their product?
Very annoying process that I've had to go through. I have contacted my bank and Paypal who have all the emails. They will be dealing with them to get a complete refund.

Really too early for a survey. Itag responded promptly but that has been the only contact. I trust that I will receive a satisfactory outcome but we've yet to begin to address my reasons for contact
I ordered two GPS tokens from Itagro and it offered additional purchase options, I luckly clicked on no and $204 NZD was deducted from my credit card which was the correct conversion.
I had an uneasy feeling and looked on trust pilot and saw the following:
Scam website which was not the official website for Itagpro. You need to ensure it is the correct website as there is another Itagpro which is a newly developed domain which is sending the tags of poor quality, no download to Android phone and no sufficient instructions.
I rung my bank and due to it being an authorised purchase they said I had to wait 30 days. I went on to Co pilot and did some more research.
I emailed back the support team and said the following:
This is a new domain that apprears to be a scam wedsite.
Negative comments on Trustpilot for poor quality, does not track further than 30m and is not the product that they advertise so incorrect and false marketing.
I said I am working with my bank to get these charges reversed.
Twenty four hours later I got a refund hence 3 stars for getting me a timely refund.
Please note scam websites do sometimes do a timely refund to look geniune. Lesson I have learnt is to do more research and ensure the product and company are geniune before I place an order.
When any company offers a big discount, stock nearly running out that is red flags we need to be very careful about.
Constant urges to add things, including 'premium' shipping, with a veiled suggestion shipping could take longer than usual due to 'demand'. Worst aspect, the final price suggests the price quoted is in US dollars, so it's $90 rather than the $75AUD I was expecting. I consider this misleading at best.
So at the beginning of the purchase, my bank kept declining the payment to you guys, and you guys handled it very nicely and I was finally able to make the payment and now right before I guess you guys shipped it or we’re gonna ship it I realize that I had to input the wrong address and I thought it was gonna be a big deal, but you guys just changed it to the correct address and it totally lifted a bunch of weight off of me so I think you guys are amazing. Thank you so very much.
This product is a scam and they have AI running their support team. DO NOT order this product. It does not work at all. The app is useless, there is no map for GPS tracking. Complete scam.
Only gave a 1 star because I can’t give zero. These are not gps trackers. They charge through the roof and it comes out as USD. When you tell them you wan a refund they will go from 20% refund, 40%, 70% refund. They still make money if you take the 70% to save the hassle. They charged me USD in Australia but told me to send the packaging back to a NSW address with full packaging to obtain a full refund. They make money by charging too much, then offering 70% to keep the peace. Scammers and a complete waste. Havnt received my refund yet.
Bought 2 tags because they advertised comparability with iPhone and Android find my device features. Neither tag would pair and the app they instructed to download was either not appearing on android or not pairing on Apple. Asked for a refund and they made me do a survey first before they would help me.
