It’s a scam . There is no app to attach them to . The one they give initially is in mandarin . Then one that doesn’t exist. They don’t work . Customer support is just automated emails. Refund process offered is so difficult as to make it pointless - or they offer to just refund you 25% there and then . How these things appear in BestBuy comparison sites I’m not sure .
