I was hesitant on ordering a suit online b/c you couldn't try it on. But after reading all the reviews, I went ahead and wanted to try out iTailor b/c of the good reviews. Ordering online was easy with the selections they had, and the customizations was great. I double checked all my measurements, because I didn't want to have an issue with that. The only thing you have to be aware of is that there are 2 options they give you on fit, regular or European slim fit - they don't make it clear that they will add a few more inches to the regular fit to make it comfortable. When I received my suit, the jacket was too loose for my liking. When I emailed Ning at customer service, they explained the size difference and was able to get me the correct fit that I wanted. Now the suit is a perfect fit. Make sure to go w/ the European slim fit, if you don't want a loose suit. Now that I have my size confirmed, iTailor will be my go-to site for new suits.
